With a specific interest in the Telecoms and Transmission & Distribution sectors, Adam’s specialisms include Detailed Design, Construction, Installation, Commissioning and Operational functionalities within the Energy & Infrastructure markets. With nearly a decade of experience at EarthStream, Adam is an experienced recruiter with a demonstrable track record of delivering project manpower to Power Generation and T & D schemes around the globe.

In 2009, he transferred to Asia, where he became one of the early members of our EarthStream business. Over the last decade, Andrew has helped to drive the EarthStream brand to a leading market position. He has successfully expanded the APAC business, launching in new geographies, establishing our contracting solutions business, managing large outsourced projects, and evolving the brand's technical offering to the sustainable energy market. Andrew is an active RepCo board member of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies, APAC, a trade body supporting the best interests of the recruitment profession.

With over a decade of experience providing global talent and recruitment solutions to the automation and controls industry, Charles joined EarthStream as a Principal Consultant working across Automation, Controls & Digitalisation roles in 2021. Charles now works as Regional Director for our Spanish office, looking after verticals within our Industrial Technology business, specifically Controls & Automation, Process Controls, & Semiconductors. Charles’ specialism is for engineering & technical positions for system integrators, OEMs, Vendors, EPC and End Users on a Global basis.

Starting his career in 2008, he has expanded his expertise from the UK market to encompass Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Chris responsibilities include maintaining a compliant contract business spanning 80+ countries and adeptly managing major turnkey projects, ensuring adherence to budget, resource allocation, and strict timeframes. His leadership and deep industry knowledge have solidified his reputation as a trusted leader, driving EarthStream's success in the EMEA region.

Daniel has an in-depth understanding of the Oil, Gas and Power space globally, and is thus well equipped to recruit for niche roles across industries spanning Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Telecom and beyond.

Dan specialises in providing talent solutions across the renewables industry, helping global organisations to achieve net-zero. Dan is currently heading up EarthStream’s Cable Engineering division, supporting international clients in finding the leading talent in onshore and offshore cable design, manufacturing, installation and construction across Renewable Energy, LNG and Communications. He has proven experience of successfully delivering solutions to ensure that project deadlines are achieved on time and to budget. Over the years Dan has worked on a variety of exciting programmes, one of his highlights being on supporting the SMIP (Smart Metering Implementation programme) where he was responsible for the building of a 20-person architecture team for a leading communications provider in the UK, which he successfully completed.
