Andrew Dodd

With a 15-year background in technical recruitment, Andrew started his early career in a Fortune Global 500 company managing hiring campaigns in the Built Environment across the UK and France. In 2009, he transferred to Asia, where he became one of the early members of our EarthStream business. Over the last decade, Andrew has helped to drive the EarthStream brand to a leading market position. He has successfully expanded the APAC business, launching in new geographies, establishing our contracting solutions business, managing large outsourced projects, and evolving the brand's technical offering to the sustainable energy market. Andrew is an active RepCo board member of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies, APAC, a trade body supporting the best interests of the recruitment profession.
