OFSHORE HSE ADVISOR Earthstream are currently looking for an Offshore HSE Advisor to assist a project in Denmark. This is to play a critical role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance during the foundation and installation phase of an offshore windfarm project. The successful candidate will be an experienced HSE professional with a solid background in offshore safety. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):<ul><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with offshore health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations during all foundation and installation activities.</li><li>Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits of all offshore operations, ensuring that safety procedures are followed at all times.</li><li>Promote a safety-first culture by leading by example and engaging personnel on the importance of safe practices.</li><li>Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate health, safety, and environmental risks.</li><li>Participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing review of the project's HSE management system.</li><li>Ensure that risk assessments are conducted before any new offshore operations, with mitigation measures in place.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all offshore safety matters and coordinate between offshore teams and onshore support.</li><li>Maintain and document all HSE records, reports, inspections, audits, and incident investigations in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare safety performance reports and provide updates on HSE progress to senior management.</li></ul> Requirements (but not limited to):<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of offshore HSE experience, preferably within the renewable energy, offshore wind, or oil &amp; gas sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations and industry best practices.</li><li>Experience with offshore wind farm foundations and installation is highly required.</li><li>NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.</li><li>Offshore medical and survival certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, STCW).</li><li>Valid Offshore Safety Training (e.g., MIST, OPITO) and other relevant industry-specific qualifications.</li><li>IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent safety management qualifications.</li></ul> Interested?If so, please apply here!
