Summary:The Senior Project Manager (PM) must be an exceptional communicator, adept at engaging with demanding clients and equally challenging general contractors (GCs) and vendors. They should possess strong technical skills, ideally in electrical engineering, and have experience in the data center (DC) sector or a closely related field. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of managing GCs and vendors effectively without escalating issues to the client or enforcing commercial terms to achieve project delivery. Additionally, they must be an effective manager of the Linesight project team, providing leadership and line management to team members.Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 15 years.</li><li>Project Leadership: Experience as a PM or project lead with overall responsibility for all trades/disciplines on at least one DC project valued over €200M, with a preference for multiple projects.</li><li>Project Involvement: If coming from a level below project lead, they should have worked on 2-3 high-value DC projects at a minimum.</li><li>Full Project Lifecycle: Experience across the entire project lifecycle, not limited to specific phases such as CSA elements or commissioning.</li></ul>
