This will be agreed in advance with the manager.- Ticket restaurant: We provide the person with tickets restaurant (€8), for each day worked in the office or at home. When the person is travelling, we apply a specific policy for the expenses.- Flexible working hours: We have a policy that allows us to come into the office with flexible hours. The standard working day is 8am-5pm with a one-hour lunch break. We can come into the office until 9:30 and leave in the evening, accordingly, having provided 8 working hours.- Corporate Welfare: Once the person has passed the probation period, we will activate the corporate welfare platform, where he/she will get € 500 that can spend on the online platform or in shops. This amount is renewed year by year.- Merit increase policy: Starting from the second year of employment, the person will be eligible to participate in the merit increase process, in which he/she will receive an annual salary increase.
