Project Manager - Data Center

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Finland. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing existing sites and managing new construction projects. With three sites already established in Finland and one currently under construction, you will oversee projects from the early stages of construction to completion. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where autonomy, responsibility, and high authority are essential.
As a Project Manager, you will be part of the delivery department, collaborating with colleagues across the Nordic region. You will be responsible for managing time, cost, and quality for all construction projects in Finland, ensuring they meet the clients high standards. Additionally, you will oversee project compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws, maintaining close communication with subcontractors and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update construction schedules, ensuring all projects adhere to timelines. Manage the procurement phase in alignment with the clients procurement processes.
• Deliver projects within approved budgets and cost plans.
• Ensure all construction projects comply with the clients project quality manual, installation quality standards, and information recording requirements.
• Ensure that all construction projects meet the clients health and safety standards as well as local laws.
• Produce weekly project updates and monthly reports.
• Develop and maintain a quality management system in line with industry standards and best practices.

This role is based in Espoo, Finland, and requires travel within the Nordic region.

Qualifications:

• Strong background as a Project Manager with experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or similar industries such as hospitals, cleanrooms, or pharmaceutical production.
• Skilled at managing complex projects in 24/7 operational environments, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Effective communicator, fluent in English and Finnish.
