Job Description: Electrical Supervisor - Nuclear Outage Support
Location: UAE

EarthStream Global are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and manage electrical work during a nuclear outage project beginning in January. This role requires a candidate with a proven background in nuclear projects and a strong understanding of safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of technicians, coordinate tasks, and ensure all electrical activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with nuclear industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership: Directly oversee electrical technicians, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and meets quality standards.
- Project Coordination: Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to meet project milestones and schedules during the outage.
- Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to nuclear safety regulations, site protocols, and OSHA standards.
- Quality Assurance: Review and verify the proper installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work progress, inspections, and compliance checks, and provide regular updates to project management.
- Collaboration: Liaise with engineers, other supervisors, and site leadership to ensure seamless execution of outage activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on nuclear projects, including outages or plant maintenance.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation in a nuclear environment.
- Familiarity with nuclear safety, regulatory requirements, and site-specific protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments.
- Relevant electrical certifications.
- Ability to work extended hours, including shifts and weekends, as required during the outage.
