Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with approximately 10 years of professional experience in industrial sectors. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to plan and execute electrical projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including project documentation, maintenance logs, and safety reports.
  • Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
  • Participate in safety meetings and initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical supervision within industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using electrical diagnostic tools and software.
  • Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NFPA 70E) is a plus.
