I am fortunate to have found my three greatest passions in life.
Although balancing them all daily can be a challenge, especially considering the hectic workload and travel schedule which can average around 75 flights and 15 countries a year. As a family we opted to reside in Southern Spain, where the children could become truly bilingual and we could all take advantage of the down time and follow some truly great outdoor pursuits such as horse riding, paddle tennis and sailing.
Having been involved in the talent sector since I graduated from university some 19 years ago, I’ve had the privilege of building some truly amazing staffing businesses and working with some of the best minds in the industry.
For me the formula is very simple, work with the best talent, provide the best talent and deliver the quality of service you would want delivered to yourself. Which is exactly what we have set out to achieve across the TechStream Group.
Having worked with all the board members and many of our senior leaders previously meant there was an immediate bond and synergy cross the entire business in all our locations, two critical ingredients for a successful start-up.
Achieving such a senior balance creates a very strong foundation across all the brands within the group, and knowing each other’s strengths and weaknesses really allows you to have confidence in those around you to take ownership and drive forward with the desire and passion needed.
Our board prides itself on being hands on in every aspect of the business, we roll ourselves up support our consultants, directors and clients on a variety of different projects. Leading by example is a core belief we practice at every level.

“Guten Tag! Wie gehts?” As you may notice I am the Managing Partner for TechStream’s German speaking countries. I was part of the EarthStream founding team and have since built successful office locations in Zurich, Munich and Hamburg.
I started my career many years ago with one of the big global recruitment companies; so when I was approached to join an innovative start up and build a German capability from the ground floor, I felt the opportunity was too great to pass.
One thing that really makes the difference are the people that you work with and for me that was critical in my decision to join, the values within the group are key to our success and I make sure these hold true in every aspect of the German build and this is reflective in the amazing people we now have in the team.
Besides of managing the operations and the business leaders I like to lead from the front and I engage regularly with my key clients to win & deliver executive searches. We combine technical & market knowledge with a good network and efficient search and identification methodology. In my career I only failed on one search and as of my knowledge this position is not filled until today.
My family lives with me in St. Gallen / Switzerland and I travel regularly between Zürich, Munich, Hamburg and the other European and global offices. If I am at home I spend the time with my two boys and I like to sail at lake Constance or to go hiking in the Appenzeller Alps.

Prior to building our business in Cape Town, I had spent over six years in the UK recruitment market focusing on hedge funds & asset management whilst developing my recruitment skills. London is one of the world’s recruitment capitals and was fundamental in gaining the knowledge needed to build a market leading practice here in South Africa.
I’ve now been back for over 6 years and loving every minute of it; I’ve worked on many projects across the MEA region that range from staffing up large greenfield mining operations in West Africa to delivering turnkey solutions to enterprise cloud application vendors. The variety of opportunity in such an emerging market is outstanding.

Building a business like ours can take its toll, not least on the amount of personal time you have, and that’s why you must take every opportunity to enjoy the fruits of your labour. I am very fortunate to have married a beautiful wife and we have a new beautiful son which takes up most of our free time. But if there is a morning going spare then you’ll see me on my paddle board heading up the west coast.
Having over 15 years of global talent acquisition experience, I have been privileged to have lived and travelled international throughout my career. Originally residing in the UK and providing technology recruitment into financial markets, I subsequently spent 9 years living & recruiting cutting edge technologists across Asia. As part of TechStream’s broader global growth strategy and globalization of our CyberStream brand this has seen me move to the US (via Cape Town) to spearhead our International practice in New York.
My passion in talent acquisition & technology is derived from striving for excellence in service delivery and adding value to our clients by the execution of strategic sourcing solutions. As a founding director of EarthStream and later CloudStream and most recently CyberStream I have helped define and nurture these shared values & beliefs within our company.

Outside of work I cultivate my curious & energetic nature by exploring new cultures and have a passion for travelling. I have been fortunate in my life to experience the working and social culture across multiple countries around the world and have experiences ranging from Caving in New Zealand, Elephant riding in Lao to hiking in Cape Town or Scuba Diving in the Barrier Reef.

I’m a well-travelled member of the EarthStream family, having spent over 15 years living in Asia. I’ve had a career in recruitment for over 12 years operating on a global basis, being passionate about connecting the right people to the right positions.
For most of my career I have focused on the Energy and Technology sectors. I was part of the successful EarthStream Asia founding team and currently lead our growth strategy into the Energy Sector across the APAC region.
I spend much of my week based in an office, so take every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. I participate in triathlons and Spartan races, enjoy playing tennis, cricket, futsal and am an advanced scuba diver.

Starting my career in 2008 as a delivery consultant for a large multi-sector recruitment company, I fast tracked my career to become Divisional Manager of Energy and was instrumental in building the T&D and Renewables business from £0 revenue generation to a circa £14m+ turnover business in 8 years.
In January 2017, I joined Voyage Energy (now part of EarthStream) to undertake the challenge of building the UK market across Power Generation, T&D and Clean Technology. Now as EarthStream we strive to be the market leader and month on month grow our market share by developing new innovative ways of tailoring our product offering to clients and candidates alike.

Born in Hamburg, I’m really what is called “a northern light” in Germany. As Hamburg is the capital of the Offshore-Wind-Industry in Germany one could not think of a better place to be based for supporting this industry. I have worked within the Renewables market for over 10 years supporting a number of clients at the OEM and Start Up level.
During this 10-year period, I have built a very focused and highly skilled network, that covers a mix of commercial, engineering and C-suite connections. These connections are all critical within the renewables markets. I am best known for my executive approach, often managing a number of confidential search assignments or critical skill demand projects.
I have a real passion for the renewable energy and regard it as the only way we are going to reduce carbon dioxide emission and stop global warming. I find it heart warming to know that I am supporting this industry and keeping focused on the latest technologies and developments.

Originating from India, with a love for Arsenal F.C, nature and good teas, I have lived and worked in UK, India and Singapore.
The journey I have taken has been an interesting one, where I completed my Masters in Oil & Gas Engineering in the UK, worked with a drilling consultancy briefly and then stepped into the world of recruitment in 2011 in UK. With Asia expected to take center stage in infrastructure investment and development for the next three decades and our Singapore office is rightly positioned to be part of various mega projects such as ‘The Belt & Road Initiative’. Prior to moving into the field of Human Resources and completing my Human Resource degree, I focused my effort on retail sales. This was a very interesting and extremely fun environment. I believe it’s what taught me how to interact, read and engage with people. This has proven to be critical in my success within recruitment.
Upon the degree completion, I took on an HR role for a medium-sized software company for over 3 years. Sitting within a defined HR department gave me a great insight into the way this function operates, the challenges and the best way for recruitment companies to interact.
I often find in my current role, it creates a natural empathy with my audience and allows for bonding and clarity of the process.
Since January 2018, I have been responsible for the Temporary Services EarthStream in Germany.
My main areas of focus are Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Generation and more specifically On & Offshore Wind.
After work I spend a lot of time with my family, play active football and go passionately to skiing.
After graduating with a master’s degree in psychology form the UCM in Madrid, I relocated to UK and embarked on a career in recruitment. Initially spending 3 years in technology, I soon knew my preferred market would be engineering, and 5 years I lead the permanent team in supplying executive professionals to power related companies all over UK & Europe and previously LATAM.
My most memorable project of work was the supply of circa 200 expat engineers into a Power Plant in Central America. This project required the creation of a full commercial solution for the client including; initial bid preparation and execution, contract negotiation with client and suppliers, and the management of complex compliance processes.
Having been involved at all stages of the project lifecycle, I knew this project would allow me to bid with confidence for other large-scale implementations. Since completion myself and the team have delivered large scale solutions in Spain, Chile, Belgium, Columbia, Brazil and France.
When not being involved in the larger aspects of our delivery program, I will spear head executive search appointments. My multi language skills and European network has meant I am well positioned to deliver senior assignments across multiple locations.
The EarthStream acquisition is very appealing to me as means I will be able to coordinate projects with our offices in Spain and in Germany. I can only see this enhancing our overall market offering and strategy.
Energy markets have always had a great fascination for me and since the completion of my bachelor’s degree in the UK, I have been fortunate in that my career has been exclusively dedicated to the provision of talent acquisition solutions into the Oil & Gas market. Now over 6 years on, I have had the opportunity to be exposed to (and help design) labor onboarding strategies that have been implemented across the production lifecycle from early phase exploration & production to project engineering/ EPC, right through to refinery operations and downstream retail infrastructure.
Following 5 years working in the Oil & Gas capital of the world [Houston], I now split my time between Houston and New York and have joined EarthStream to lead their next phase of planned growth in North America, as the dedicated energy brand of the TechStream Group.
Oil and Gas is a fascinating industry to work in: it reaches all 4 corners of the world and operates in some of the most remote & geopolitically challenging environments we can find today. I have been fortunate enough to hire individuals across 6 out of the 7 continents (sadly I am missing Antarctica), 27+ countries, 17+ US states and into the Gulf of Mexico. While many people do not appreciate the amount of work that goes into something as simple as filling up their car with gasoline or buying a plastic bottle of water; I have been lucky that my experience has ranged from geologists evaluating seismic data, through drilling, construction of production facilities and delivery to terminal.
Now as a Talent Manager within the Energy recruitment brand EarthStream, I find I can continue to be an integral part of the global energy supply chain that literally keeps people’s homes heated and critical infrastructure running. Our exposure is now broader than ever with coverage in our traditional Oil & Gas markets but in addition clean energy alternatives, shale development and a focus on efficiency and innovation that the lower petrochemical prices has enabled.
When I am not wishing I had to the smarts to be an engineer myself you can find me in the kitchen, I love cooking for friends and entertaining. If you are lucky you might find me spinning records at a nightclub somewhere too!
I have been very International my entire life, whilst studying in the Netherlands, I had the chance to spend nine amazing months in Asia, specifically Bali and Bangkok, where I fell in love with travelling and getting to know new people and cultures.
Upon completing my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, it was then time to start the serious business of life. Against the plan of moving to France, I decided to live in Hamburg where I launched my career within the recruitment world.
Initially focused on engineering within the aerospace industry, I then moved across to the Renewables sector lured by the chance of building up the O&M business specifically for wind.
By and by this industry truly became my field of interest and it still is today.

I am now responsible for managing EarthStream’s key accounts in the On- and Offshore Wind environment.

Having studied, Law, psychology, sociology and business at University, I decided to join a start-up consultancy that specialised within power and risk management. I took on the immediate responsibility of an account manager, which is where I found my passion for providing solutions to the energy sector.
Within 3 years I had created a division with accounts worth £6million, solely through knowing the importance of understanding my client’s business from the top down – Knowing what their aspirations, challenges and needs were and then looking to exceed them.

When I’m not fixing the world, I find a little time for yoga, golf and spend as much time as I can enjoying horse racing!
I was lucky enough to land myself an apprenticeship working for an IT recruitment company back in 2013 and learnt the ropes very quickly. The sales environment, work ethic and buzz around the office was exactly why I joined the industry. I progressed very quickly and was moved into 360 Sales Consultant. Any recruiter will agree, there is no better feeling than picking up your first job with your own client and successful placing a suitable candidate. From that moment on I was hooked.
My focus for the past 6 years has been supporting clients across the renewable sector, with the primary focus being wind energy in both off and onshore.
I have built up some very strong relationships with clients over the years whilst delivering some market leading talent solutions. I have travelled overseas on several occasions to meet with clients to establish their needs and that of our contractors.

I began my career in the fast-paced world of hospitality, managing a very busy bar in London. There are so many fundamentals that cross over between hospitality and recruitment like the level of customer care, personal interaction and building bonds with clients and candidates. I believe these fundamentals have made the transition that much easier for me.
For sure there has been a big learning curve in terms of technical and market knowledge, but I have enjoyed this experience and feel I have now gained a firm grasp of the energy market. Every month that passes by I learn more and more and gain a deeper level of knowledge.

As a specialist recruiter within the Power Generation market, I’ve spent over 3 years working within Oil & Gas, Renewable and Power Generation. This time has allowed me to understand the skill shortages that face this market on a domestic and international basis, whilst gaining a broad technical knowledge base.
A large amount of my time has been spent supporting leading OEM’s and EPC companies globally by providing solutions for skill shortages to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Many of the technical skills needed fall within the world of mechanical, electrical and controls. One critical aspect of this market is mobilisation, and this can be anywhere in the world.
Understanding the need to make sure the project team is ready to mobilise and lands on project site is critical.
Born in Katlehong, in the East Rand of Johannesburg (the biggest industrial hub in Gauteng), manufacturing plants, factories and mining sites where always part of the sight-seeing to and from school.

Congolese born, Raised in South Africa – A chemical engineer with a strong lean towards process control and optimization, cut teeth in engineering consulting into processing industries, more specifically pipeline design, slurry flow testing (rheology) in loop and desktop rheology, coupled with that materials characterization and backfill recipe testing and optimization.
Having spent five time in engineering there was a shift to technical sales based on my passion for human interaction and problem solving.
Started off in technical sales and transitioned into recruitment, finding engineers to work across Africa, predominantly focusing on construction (Infrastructure) and processing (mining). Unlike many of my German colleagues at EarthStream, I started my recruitment career in Johannesburg, South Africa.
In 2005; I relocated to SA where I worked for the market leader in engineering recruitment. It was a very different experience than working in Europe and one I believe has given me a unique set of skills that I now use on a daily basis. It exposed me to diverse cultures and work regulations and allowed me to grow my people skills and technical knowledge in the Mining and Automation sectors.
In 2011, a mix of business and family reasons brought me back to Germany where I joined EarthStream in 2013 with a strong focus on the renewable industry especially Solar and Wind.
Over the last 5 years I’ve helped grow our permanent business in Munich where I lead a team of strong industry focused experts.
Our Munich office is diverse in its market offering where we have developed clients across energy, automation, construction all with engineering at their core.
My Passion is to make a tangible difference in the lives of my clients and candidates and provide both parties with a valuable service helping to make live and business changing decisions.
Outside the office I love to spend time with my family in the mountains (alps) and I lead courses about exploring Christian faith at my church in Munich. And I still enjoy South African Red wine whenever I ger the chance.
I started my career in a fast-paced sales environment, where I acquired a set of skills which made me develop and get a understanding for the people I was dealing with, each and every person had a different character and I was able to decipher which ones I thought where the best people to sell too.

I have 8 years’ experience within the travel industry within the B2B Sales and Marketing field with a core focus in client acquisition and retention. Working with cutting-edge Travel tech and witnessing cloud based software being built from scratch really broadened my view and grew my appreciation for technology in general.
Although a complete career change, when I was offered to join the Techstream Group as a Talent Associate I jumped at the opportunity with both hands as I enjoy engaging with people from all walks of life and being a recruiter feeds that passion.

Hailing from London and having completed a degree in Chemistry from the University of Bath, I started out in the recruitment industry in 2011. Since then, my focus has been on the renewables, energy and engineering sectors where I have had success recruiting across Europe and now Asia Pacific.
Before coming to Singapore, I completed an extensive solo backpacking trip for over 18 months across South and Central America, Europe and Asia. This included much adventure, sights, sounds and experiences which I will never forget.
As a member of the EarthStream team, the trends in renewable and clean energy will be clearly defined by the ability of developers to store energy and sell back to the grid at peak times. This will be a game changer in renewable and mean hybrid, off grid and larger scale projects would become even more commercially viable.
Friends and family that know me would say that I like to keep fit but also love to eat well. Sushi, steak and Singaporean Laksa are all at the top of the list!
Although I am a graduated architecture engineer, my fascination for Technology world has been there ever since I was little. At the age of 7 I had a faibel to try, test and exhaust the possibilities of computers and electric products. To this day, I’m amazed what has become possible through the Tech-World.
So it was obvious to me that after completing my degree I would like to be active in the Tech-environment and in an advisory and service environment, hoping to sstay up to date through my work and get to know as many people as possible who carry the same passion.

With over 7 years recruitment experience spanning across Oil & Gas, Energy and Engineering sectors, I have gained a wealth of industry experience. Over the period of my tenure in recruitment I have gained long standing relationships and delivered high quality results to suit the project requirements.
Over the past 4 years my experience has been built up by a strong reputation within the Energy market supplying Equipment Manufacturers, EPC contractors and Owners Engineering companies. My main focus has always been to accelerate the business and expand across the energy sector.
As a market specialist within the Energy sector I make sure I stay on top of market developments such as attending quarterly Power Generation conferences and learning new legislations within the industry. Furthermore I am fully focused on achieving the best results for my clients and candidates which brings excitement to further business growth and allows me to expand my global network.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family including my son and also enjoy watching football.
I began my career in sales and marketing nearly a year ago, where I have gained many valuable skills and qualities to understand people better regarding their buying and selling signs. Understanding that everyone is different in every way, I was able to learn and understand how to be like with other people.
But when I began my apprenticeship with an exciting company EarthStream, the things that I already had from my past experiences gave me a massive confidence boost in progress. However, there is something new everyday and different information to take in. As days pass I feel like I’m learning and developing more and more in this vast background. With time, repetition and attention to detail, I believe that it will lead me to one day becoming an expert in recruitment.

I have over six years’ project recruitment experience, delivering some of the largest Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy & Infrastructure projects globally.
I have provided specialists to Owners & Operators, Engineering Consultancy & Service Providers within project management & engineering, construction & commissioning management to execute over 1GW of offshore wind energy projects.
I have been lucky enough to travel to project site locations globally, to understand the complex engineering that takes place to deliver our energy projects.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling the world, boxing and attending live music concerts.
I am fortunate enough to have landed an apprenticeship with Earthstream and being assigned to the power generation team. This being my first full-time job I have been thrown into the deep end straight away trying to take in all of the valuable information our niche market has to offer, each day is something new for me and its exciting to see what the future holds
