Our relationship with this global Oil & Gas operator began in 2015 when we were engaged on a challenging retained assignment for a number of country head positions across Africa including countries such as Nigeria and Angola.

Following the successful delivery of these roles we had detailed discussions with the client with regards to the challenges of talent acquisition and retention in Africa.

As a result of these conversations we designed a long-term solution for their business with EarthStream acting as their primary recruitment provider.

The solution strongly relies on talent mapping within the key African countries they operate within, to build a pipeline of local, national and expat talent that would ensure that future recruitment projects are efficiently delivered to when vacancies become available.
