Job Title: Electrical QA/QC Lead

About the Role:
EarthStream Global are seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Lead to join our team on a data centre project. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality and compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. With a focus on QA/QC walkdowns and inspections, you will collaborate closely with construction teams, project managers, and clients to maintain and improve the quality of electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document QA/QC walkdowns, inspections, and audits of electrical installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
  • Oversee and manage all QA/QC processes for electrical systems, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and resolution of any non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Review and approve electrical testing and commissioning plans, ensuring all work aligns with project requirements.
  • Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and test records.
  • Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during QA/QC activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar QA/QC role, with a proven track record in data centres or pharmaceutical projects.
  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices, particularly in high-tech environments.
  • Proficient in using QA/QC tools and software for documentation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HSE standards and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.
  • Willingness to relocate for the duration of the project.
