Key Responsibilities

As the Site Manager, you will:

• Ensure full compliance with occupational Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and promote a Zero Harm/Tolerance Culture on-site.
• Assume legal responsibility for the project site and all on-site staff, supporting line management in personnel development.
• Coordinate on-site implementation of orders, manage financial outcomes, maintain schedules, and achieve quality benchmarks for project scope.
• Prepare regular progress reports, oversee corrective measures, and evaluate risks and opportunities with cost considerations.
• Manage concurrent cost accounting and provide cost-to-complete estimations.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with:

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction and commissioning processes, with a focus on EHS, technical, and commercial aspects.
• Financial Acumen: Proven understanding of contract management, cost estimation, and cost control.
• Interpersonal Skills: Experience managing relationships with collaborators and customers, paired with intercultural sensitivity.
• Leadership: Advanced coaching and mentoring abilities, coupled with a PM certification and a solid understanding of site management and construction methodologies.
