Electrical Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and lead a team of technicians in the construction and maintenance of wind turbine foundations.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily operations and workflows to meet project deadlines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all foundation work activities.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, providing guidance and support as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to interpret project plans and specifications.</li><li>Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including labor hours, materials used, and project milestones.</li><li>Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and promote career development within the organization.</li><li>Implement quality control measures and ensure that all work meets industry standards and project expectations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Minimum of [X] years of experience in foundation construction, with at least [Y] years in a supervisory or leadership role in the renewable energy sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and materials used in wind foundation works.</li><li>Proven ability to lead a team, manage resources efficiently, and resolve conflicts effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.</li></ul>
