Job Title: Senior Electrical QA/QC

EarthStream Global is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical QA/QC to lead the quality assurance and quality control functions for electrical systems in large-scale projects. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in ensuring that all electrical work meets industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee on-site inspections and quality assessments for all electrical installations, ensuring compliance with the highest standards.
• Review and provide expert guidance on electrical designs, plans, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Supervise the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems and components, ensuring functionality and safety.
• Drive compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes across all project activities.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including detailed reports and records, and ensure they are maintained for audit and review purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Extensive experience in electrical QA/QC roles, with a proven track record of managing quality assurance in complex, large-scale industrial projects, preferably within the data center or similar industries.
• Deep knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations, with the ability to enforce and communicate these across project teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering quality results within project timelines.
