Pre-Assembly Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the T&I Contractor counterpart.
• Ensure alignment with different departments expectations, supporting their effective implementation.
• Review, validate, and consolidate technical workflows related to the project scope, proactively coordinating timely reviews from other relevant disciplines.
• Maintain direct communication with the MWS and Certification teams to secure timely document approvals for the package.
• Organize and, when necessary, attend loadouts in South Korea and Taiwan.
• Manage the coordination of pin pile marshalling activities in Taiwan, attending as needed.
• Supervise mobilization and offshore installation processes, attending on-site where necessary.
• Address and respond to TQ's and NCR's, while assisting in the closure of MOCs.
• Action and close out assigned risks related to the project scope.
• Review Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and be available for Client Rep support as required.
• Oversee the review and completion of the as-built package.

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Proven experience in a leadership role for foundation T&I operations, preferably with a developer or contractor.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience within Offshore Energy or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of pile driving operations (both vibro and impact), with practical knowledge of managing associated risks.
• Familiarity with Taiwan or comparable regions' regulations concerning pile driving noise limits, and experience with noise mitigation strategies and monitoring.
• A Master's degree in engineering, maritime, or another relevant technical field.
• Excellent technical expertise, with the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and coherent manner.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively across diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities, able to work with others to solve problems and share knowledge.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with proficiency in Chinese considered a bonus.
