Our relationship with this global transport & logistics company began in 2014 when we were engaged on a challenging retained assignment for a number of country head positions in Nigeria and Angola.
Following the successful delivery of these roles we had detailed discussions with the client with regard to the challenges of talent acquisition and retention in Africa.
As a result of these conversations we designed a long term solution for their business with EarthStream acting as their primary recruitment provider.
The solution strongly replies on talent mapping within the key African countries they operate in order to build a pipeline of local, national and expat talent to ensure that future recruitment projects are efficiently delivered to when vacancies become available.
